The Paderno Grand Gourmet cookware from Italy is a commercial line of stainless steel cookware with a 1/4 inch aluminum plate on the bottom for even conduction of heat. The aluminum disc is sandwiched with stainless steel for durability. The all metal construction of the Paderno cookware allows it to be used in the oven, on the stove as well as on an induction burner. The item is also dishwasher safe.
