A Double Guitar is a cutting machine which operates with 2 cutting frames allowing items to be cut into accurae portions. This item has 4 cutting frames, 1 fixed and 3 interchangeable frames. The wire spacing on the fixed frame is 30mm (1.2"), and the interchangeable frames are as follows: 22.5mm (0.9"), 30mm (1.2"), 45mm (1.77"). The heavy plastic base measures 15 x 16.5 x 6" and is easy to clean. A 16.75" square stainless steel tray is also included to help with the removal of cut items, a 20" plastic ruler, 3-spare cutting wires and 2-keys to change wire. Made in Italy.
